    Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I got there early and they took me in 15 minutes before the time of my appointment. I was in and out of there in about 30 minutes. Kate was wonderful and Dr. Robert was very knowledgeable. I was very worried about my condition but was put at ease quickly and the treatment has already started working in less than 1 day.

    Good . The office is well organized . The people are pleasant. The doctor is professional. I go almost every month and there is little deviation to the excellent service that is provided.

    After suffering with dry eyes for over a year, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Neel Desai. Prior to this visit Id been evaluated by many ophthalmologists who told me my eyes were just dry and suggested a variety of drops. Nothing helped and the quality of my life was declining rapidly. I was losing hope. Dr. Desai confirmed that my eyes were indeed dry, but that was just part of the diagnosis. He recognized immediately surgery was necessary to alleviate my suffering. The surgery was successful. He has restored not only my eyes but my quality of life as well. I continue to see Dr. Desai for treatment even though it requires 8 hours round trip. Dr. Desai embodies all the qualities of a dedicated physician. He is kind, compassionate, understanding, patient, reassuring, listens attentively, and is quick with a smile. His team is equally impressive. I cannot sing their praises loudly enough. I am forever grateful to Dr. Desai and his team!
