Dr. Esther Park is a great doctor. She is gentle and soft spoken. Explains everything she is going to do. I will definitely be returning to see Dr. Park.

From the get go, it was a poor experience. Front door Sargent blocked door and barked"where's your mask!" Slamming door in face, she reappeared to hand me mask with her bare hand (yes, same one that opened door) . Once in foyer, another tech proceeded to dilate my eyes..yes, right there at the unsterile, very public, entrance. Then I was told to sit to the side, where giant portraits of God-want-to-be doctors looked down upon us mere mortals. After awhile, I was ushered to the back, where I was stared at by the elder man across the room, also waiting for doctor. Finally Dr H appeared and took one look at his head gear, yelled "shit" and left the room. Only to reappear with fixed headgear and no gloves. Then he received an alarm on his phone for his home security system and had to leave room again. Third time he entered room, he proceeded to put on gloves, without washing any hands. He claimed my eyes were healthy and that I didn't need him anymore. Sent out to check out robot girl. She told me "you're good ". I said, clearly I have a copay. Wait, I'll look it up, was her reply. Then she said I owed $31 for last appointment. I told her that with this appointment, that would be $62. She said I'd have to talked with the financial department if I needed more clarification. I insisted paying the $62, so I wouldn't have to ever go back to this series of unfortunate events. Then as I was leaving the customer outside pushed the door closed, as she huddled there in the cold-as they wouldn't let patients inside without covid vaccines. What a disgrace to be called medical professionals. A comically tragic event of misgiving...
