    From the second I got to the door, a well dressed, professional lady opened the door for me and welcomed me to the Eye Institute. I said I was new so she immediately personally took me to where I check in. The check in lady was very professional and also friendly to me, having me fill in some forms, explaining them to me before i signed. I sat down for a very short time before i was called in to the first room with a tech who called me by my full name and introduced herself to me. When I told her i was nervous about having people deal with my eyes, she explained everything to me. The 2nd tech I met also called me by name and introduced himself to me. That quick test over I waited 1/2 while eyes dilated. There was coffee, cookies and TV to keep me occupied until I was called into the exam Dr. Kursh would come in with me. He came in very quickly, shook hands, introduced ourselves. I wa VERY impressed over the fact he had on a full suit. I was use to the MDs in suits in California but here the doctors are very less professional in dress. I felt if he took that much care with his dress he would take good care of me.He looked at my "pictures" and said he would explain everything to me. He explained, then thoroughly checked my eyes. Then again went over everything. He did not rush me. Also he looked at me while talking, unlike some doctors who work on computer or dictate while with patient. He listened to me, and answered me so i could understand, even making examples of my conditions in easy terms. I definitely would go back to Eye Institute and see Dr. Kursh again. Since he is a new MD for me, and I know nothing about eyes, I could have been told "you need surgery for your conditions" but explained I didn't need any surgery now, may never. So, I felt he wasn't just trying to get money out of me. The check out lady was also very professional and friendly. All the employees wore the same type/color of uniforms nd all looked very professional. You will be happy going to this facility.

    From entrance to exit I found the staff especially Beki, to be extremely helpful, professional and personable for my mothers evaluation on having cataract surgery. Thank you staff and Dr Weinstock for treating her, and an accurate diagnostic of her condition. She has dementia and knowing you were honest truly made our day...

    From the hospitality in the lobby, the front desk staff, the technicians and the doctor everyone was kind, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I have been with another practice for the past 10 years but Your practice has won me over! I will keep my business with Eye Institute of West Fl from now on!!! Thank you for hospitable and trusting treatment! God bless!
