    this is a horrible operation! i have been waiting now for over 3 weeks for my prescription for my glasses. after 5 messages &absolutely no return call with information for new lenses--beware!!!! not a good operating business for trying to purchase new glasses or even worse no communication whatsoever in requested information. horrible experience!!!

    Laplume is the worst doctor ever! His diagnosis was horribly wrong. When I said that my vision problems had started two weeks ago, he replied "Oh, it's probably been like that for a while." Turns out, I had started a new medication two weeks prior that was causing my vision loss, (I told him about the medicine). As soon as I stopped that medicine, my vision returned completely. The eye "doctor" was wrong! Also, his attitude was horrendous. When he walked in the door, Laplume insulted me to my face and then insulted me again and again, all in less than 5 minutes. Laplume is a bully! You have been warned. Not only is Laplume terrible at his job, but he is also mean and disrespectful!P.S. I wrote this review using a different name for my protection.

    1 star for STILL operating as mask Nazis, while assuming position of authority in the public health sphere.At this point, requiring masks for everyone is direct, public support (participation) in the fake mask conspiracy. If only money matters to them, choose another provider.

    Had an appointment last week, they could not find me in their database by my insurance, although when they scheduled me I was told they had located my information and set the appointment. I drove from Tampa, had to take off work, get there an hour later to be turned away, carelessly. The receptionist was very apathetic, did not apologize, very poor customer service. Reached out to my vision vendor to find out they are contracted, since I pulled their info from my insurance directory. Never again.
