This was the most horrible experience I have ever had. Rude and Condescending is an understatement. I was referred to Dr Kirsch through Dr. Desai, who is also part of this practice. I do recommend Dr Desai as a caring and passionate eye professional. Dr Kirsch was extremely unprofessional with his comments regarding and towards Dr. Desai. This was disturbing since Dr Desai had done my lens replacement 1 year ago. I had asked multiple questions concerning the issues with my eyesight being blurred or. (possibly based on his comments).... distorted.. He then accused me of using blurred and distorted as interchangeable, which he did not. I told him that is why I asked as many questions to make sure that we were speaking the same language. He also stated that he had customers that would love to have the sight in one of their eyes that I have in two. I realize that I am very blessed to have the sight that others may never experience. However, I asked why should I settle for mediocre sight if I could have better..simply wanting to understand his thoughts, he said that waiting until the eyes had gotten to 20/40 is how Ophthalmologist have been trained for over 50 years.... I asked if there was a lot of risk and his response was sarcastic and informed me that there was risks when we open our car door. I came to Dr. Kirsch because after having lens replacements I can not read no matter what reader glasses I get, I have multiple floaters that continue to get worse, and I swelling and wrinkles on my retinas.....after asking for his honest recommendations he would ask curtly "What do you want??? to be able to read, get rid of the floaters or???? What I wanted was to have a specialist look at my situation and give me their educated and experience advise in a professional manner. Which in the end I did not receive.
