    In spite of the covid 19 precautions that were taken, very efficiently, our visit went extremely well. My wife and I were scheduled for appointments for a pre procedure exams at 10:30 and 11:00 AM. upon arrival we checked in and were shown to the room in which the exams were to be taken by Corie Brodski. Cori is a very professional and efficient as well as personable individual and , I feel, a great asset to the during the Eye Institutes team. She made us feel very comfortable during her examination. And that says a lot, as my wife has some serious issues with medical exams. It was my second visit to the Eye Institute and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone I know who might need eye care.

    I had an odd problem. I recently had an eye exam and found that my eye sight was good and no major underlying conditions, but I started to lose the ability to read a newspaper or computer screen. Something was definitely wrong. Dr. Desai ran a series of tests and confidently proclaimed I had exfoliating cornea syndrome. I had never heard of it, but he knew and knew what to do. I go in for surgery in 2 days. I was vey impressed that he figured it out so quickly and came up with a plan of action.

    I have been going to DrJohnson for the 20 yrs I have been living in Florida. He has always been pleasant and knowledgeable about any possible issues that I have had.
