    Excellent, very professional. She was trying to incorporate other tests during my appt, so I wouldn't need to return in March to see the Retina Specialist. The communication was poor, from upstairs to downstairs staff. I waited for over 30 minutes & when I asked about being seen, I was informed the tech was at lunch!

    Might have been an unusual day but a five minute appointment took 55 minutes to get to the exam room. Dr. only checked the pressure which had already been done by an assistant with the same results. No discussion, no update on condition, medical conversation with the assistant but not with me. Only second time there and was disappointed in the somewhat dismissive management of the appointment. ...
