    Dr. Hairston and his staff are great! I had a detached retina and needed surgery to correct this and it was done immediately. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable on what to do.

    Because of Covid, and restrictions on office visits, I've been doing teleconferencing with Dr. Cope for an infection in my right eye. Not ideal, but Dr. Cope seems very knowledgable, and patient to determine what is causing this infection. Without his equipment, and an in office examination, he's certainly hindered, but we're working through it to resolve my problem. Yes, I would recommend Dr. Cope. I would also like to commend office associate, Talia, who has been most helpful to me with regard to scheduling appointments.

    Everything went smooth.I did'nt have to wait long to see the Doctor.He answered all .y questions and I was treated very well by all.

    He did both my eyes,everything is great,i see wonderful again am very pleased,was no pain or discomfort. Great job!

    Dr. Desai is awesome. I was very apprehensive about having cataract surgery because I had ocular shingles in my left eye back in 2007. The idea of having that eye mucked around with was not something I was looking forward to. I specifically chose Dr. Desai because his areas of specialties is viriology and cornea. He was soooo patient in answering all my questions, and calmly and kindly addressing my fears. He did not make me feel inferior because of my fears, and he understood from both a medical and human experience what a nightmare eye shingles is. I am 3 days out of surgery on my shingles eye, and things are great. Dr. Desai talked me through the entire procedure and my eye is healing fine and I now have near perfect close, intermediate and distance vision. I am thrilled beyond words. I will have my other eye done next week and it sounds so strange for me to say that I'm excited and looking forward to it. And honestly, no one is paying me to say this. I will be eyeglass free after 25 years of wearing eyeglasses. I also received excellent care from all of the surgical staff at the eye institute. Especially now in this time of covid, their safety procedures were outstanding. Thank you to everyone who made my surgical experience a safe and caring event. You all are the best!
