    8/8/16 The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Dr. Kirsch is a good listener--I had many issues to which I needed answers and he addressed every one of them patiently and completely. I look forward to a continued relationship with the Eye Institute of West Florida.8/11/16 follow up: I had YAG laser on my left eye that corrected problems I'd had since my cataract surgery from a DIFFERENT facility 2 years ago that they couldn't see and then said could not be fixed.Dr. Kirsch saw it and FIXED IT. My sight in that eye is now better than my right--and I'm going back 8/18/16 to fix my right eye!8/11/16 was our first visit to Largo Ambulatory Surgery Center. I'd had a polite and professional call for payment earlier in the week. We were greeted with smiles and courtesy as soon as we arrived for my YAG laser procedure. We were in and out of there within an hour, including: check-in with friendly staff, the nurse took me in AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME, preparation and procedure went smoothly with all questions answered, and we were on our way! I look forward to my second appointment 8/18/16 for my other eye.

    I needed emergency surgery for a torn retina. Your facility was great at working with me and getting the surgery completed on time for me to still take a short cruise with my wife and return to my home in WV the following week. Great doctors and staff. I only have praise for the West FL Eye Institute.

    I just want to compliment you on your facility! EVERY single person I came into contact with (from check-in to check-out) was not only professional, but friendly and personable as well. You run a very smooth operation and as a business owner myself I understand how important this is to your success! I had a clear refractive lens replacement (both eyes) and in a situation where nerves come into play, it was comforting to be surrounded by friendly and competent caregivers every step of the way. Dr. Desai has such a pleasant confidence about him that I wasn't really nervous (rather I was excited to go into surgery!) My parents and husband have had eye surgery at your institute and we are all pleased to recommend you to everyone we know. Best wishes for continued success!
