    The reason for the 4-star rating, and not a 5-star, is that after I had my follow-up exam, they gave me a folder with the new prescription that needed to be printed out. I was told to take it downstairs to OPTICAL for printing. When arriving there, I noticed about 6 people ahead of me, some trying on sample frames which required some time. All I needed was to have my script printed, but was told to wait my turn. I see no reason why I had to wait until customers were finished trying on frames to simply get a printout. Could that not have been done upstairs at the reception desk? I suggested this to one of the reps downstairs and was told this was the procedure.Having said this, I can say that all my experiences there were optimal and couldn't have been more positive; but I felt I need to report this.

    I have used the Eye Institute for 5 years for all tests. Courtesy is ALWAYS tops and technology is the greatest around. I have had 3 retinas tears fixed without any complications.
