    Excellent appointment. Thomas did my eye exam and carefully explained every step of the exam. The Dr. came in and finished the exam and explained the results.

    Very thorough and personable. He makes you feel like you matter. Answers all questions and takes his time. The only bad thing is it takes a long time to finally see him when you have an appointment.

    Excellent doctor. Caring knowledgeable and take time to listen to you. I have few problems with retina and will never go to another doctor. Nice office, reasonable waiting time, easy to make an appointment. Highly recommend Doctor Janie Ho and office in Hyde Park.

    Dr. Desai and his team very professional and conscientious about seeing me on a short notice, performed cornea transplant and removal of cataracts John Hopkins University Hospital years ago, so glad I was able to see him again when I came down from Pennsylvania, A Real plus for residents of the Largo area!

    Been a patient of Dr. Johnson's for something like 15-years now. He is professional, expedient, and thorough. His consistency of care is what I like most about him! I'm not a complex vision case, and I always know what to expect. If you are unable to see Dr. Johnson, at the Eye Institute, I was also a patient of Dr. Jeffrey LaPlume for a few years when he was at another practice - and he is outstanding as well. Glad they are both part of the Eye Institute of West Florida in their Largo office.
