    Great place, like to have variety of doctors and skill levels available. Although appointment took over 2 hours, staff kept it going. Doctor J Ho made my reason for visit and eye results clear to understand. I feel confident I am getting appropriate care related to my eye issues.

    All the ladies in the office at reception were very welcoming & courteous. Each of them wore a smile on their face which was fantastic. Of course the doctor that attended to me was great, happy & concerned. I totally recommend the Eye Institute to anyone.

    Professional Expertise and Welcoming Staff!I was very pleased with the level of service offered by everyone at the Eye Institute. The purpose of my visit was for a second opinion. My Doctor expertly reduced concerns that were diagnosed incorrectly by another health care professional. All the reviews, not just mine, will tell the story of excellent care and well-rounded expertise within the staff.

    Everyone is helpful, from your greeter, those signing us in and out and making appointments. The medical staff is also top notch moving patients to the appropriate location for the next procedure and keeping us informed about what's going on. Dr. Hairston has been detailed, open about my condition providing answers to questions in "people" talk so understanding is easy. Probably most important to me, his many is calming no matter what he is telling me. He answers all questions, most before they are even asked. Most important, he anticipates potential problems. explains them and referred me to that specific specialist I am very glad I found your institute and Dr. Hairston
