    [westchase Sheldon rd location review only]Dr. Sims is great and I will keep a lookout to follow her if she finds better front desk employees or a different office.Changing my offices purely on consistent bad office experience where youre ignored upon walk-in, feel like youre being a burden just to check in or pick up products, and zero cordial interaction.I gave it three tries before choosing a better office even if I have to travel further.-Five stars for Dr Sims.-One star for office (earned one star for simply existing behind the desk)

    Im not even sure where to begin with this amazing Doctor!!! Some Doctors are great at what they do, some Doctors have great bedside manner, and some Doctors (very few) care about you as a patient!!! Doctor Kane is all of the above!! When I found out I had a horrible disease called Fuchs Dystrophy I knew nothing about it and I was terrified beyond words., I was told I would go blind and Im only 52! Then I met Dr. Kane!! From the minute I met him he put my mind at ease, he took the time to hold my hand and say its gonna be ok! He explained everything I had to do over the next few months, and if I felt uneasy or unsure he would explain again and say "its gonna be ok, I promise". Getting anything done to your eyes is terrifying and your always awake, but he put me at ease each and every time! I never felt rushed and he listened and waited for me to get the strength to move forward! So five surgeries later, including two donor cornea transplants, Im able to see again!! I can see things I haven't seen in 20 years or sadly more! That scared terrified patient he had back in November is now thru the worst of it, and beyond grateful!!! No words can begin to express what Dr. Kane has done for me! If anyone else was doing this surgery I seriously would have said no. Its only because of him and my trust in him that I did everything I did and had the courage to keep going!!Dr. Kane is the whole package, the real deal! When I look back on the many blessings Ive had in life, meeting Dr. Kane is in my top five!!Thank you Dr. Kane from the bottom of my heart, what you have done for me...well is priceless, and honestly there isn't enough thank you's!!!Thank you for giving me not only my sight back but my life back!!!     I went for a consultation concerning cataracts and after thorough testing and measuring, Dr. Esai gave me plenty of time to explain to me my eye situation and the different types of lenses that might match my situation. Very effective communication which seems rare today in medical field. Would highly recommend this practice.

    Dr. Sims and her assistant were amazing. They spent a great deal of time with both myself and my daughter. Very thorough, professional and personable. Dr. Sims answered all of my questions and offered education in so many areas of eye health. The office was clean and welcoming.
