    This place is just a cash cow. They will make you wait an excessive amount of time and all they are concerned about is expediting office visits. I was told incorrect information on the phone, completely overcharged and given unnecessary procedures for a problem I had already self diagnosed.All this and I was left with an enormous bill to which I was rudely explained by the billing department "Too bad" when I inquired about it.I would avoid this place at all costs.

    Dr. Sacksterder is thorough in his eye exams and communication with patients. He works with the patient to find the best possible corrective lens solution. The staffs' customer service focus is good in person but is only fair over the phone. Staff failed to cancel an appointment on request by phone when trial contacts didn't arrive. I was not charged for the canceled appointment.
