    Always a pleasure to go to an appointment at the Eye Institute....the people are always friendly and courteous. Dr. Kirsch is a wonderful doctor. We have a few things in common and he always remembers who you are. Love that personal touch.

    I am glad I came to this pace. Very nice profesional people . Dr. Cope performed very detailed check out of my eyes giving me explanation what he was doing, what he found out and what would have to be addressed.

    Today I saw Dr. Cope for the first time. I woke up this morning with something lodged in my eye. I called the Eye institute to see if they could work me in today, which they did. The office did an excellent job of providing a safe (covid-19 free) and efficient environment and I only waited a few minutes in my car before being called in. Dr. Cope was very kind, calming, and gentle, but most of all, he removed something from my eye! He was my Hero of the day! Overall, my experience was very good and I appreciate the professional, quick, and KIND care I received. Thank you!

    Had to wait two hours past appt time to be taken in to preop. Nurse had to try three times for the IV insertion and my hand remains painful and bruised. Eye procedure was painless and vision is improved. Post op chart for drops was not given. Good surgeon, poor management.

    Dr. Weinstock is a very caring and sensitive and knowledgeable doctor. Stephanie is awesome always helpful and always in great spirits.... The whole staff is a great team. I don't remember the guy with the dreadlocks but he is a sweetheart... I can't forget Dr. Priti B. Panchal who has above and beyond to help and assist me with all my questions.... 5 stars to Dr. Panchal
