    Technicians make you comfortable and do a great job with the testing. Having going to Dr. Schwartz for several years, I was a little skeptical of changing doctors. Dr. Davis has a way of making you feel comfortable and relaxed with professionalism. I have recommended The Eye Institute to many friends through the years and will continue to do so. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Davis.

    The optical department is terrible. They sent me the wrong contact lenses and now will not give me a refund. The person who I have spoken to at the optical department is rude, completely unprofessional, and will not even acknowledge that they made a mistake. She just flatly refused to help correct the problem that was their mistake. I really need the other contacts that I was supposed to have received, but this person refuses to help, and is blaming me for the fact that they cannot refund me for the wrong contacts that they charged me for. This is terrible patient care and certainly poor customer service. It's sad because I have been a patient for several years, and this will end that relationship. Terrible company!!
