    I definitely recommend The Eye Institute and Dr. Desai. I had cataract surgery and Panoptix lens done with laser surgery. My result was amazing! I walked out of the first surgery instantly aware of the improvements in vision and it got even better after the second eye. I now have 20/25 vision in both eyes and dont need glasses. I had noticed the cloudiness that cataracts bring, but didnt realize the full difference until I had one good eye to compare to ... absolutely amazing. The only fault I can find with The Eye Institute is in communication. I usually had to call several times before getting the person I needed on the phone, after leaving multiple messages. Also, although I had read every page of the printed materials theyd provided I wasnt expecting a call from a pharmacy asking for payment for prescription eye drops. A minor annoyance that was cleared up relatively quickly. These are minor issues when considering the the importance of the end result which was nothing short of amazing!

    Very compassionate and understood my concerns and fears. He calmly assuaged my fears and provided the right information for me to better understand cope with my problem. He and the other doctors who treat my condition have all been fantastic. The entire staff from top to bottom are true professionals in all aspects.

    I have been going to the Eye Institute in Largo for more than ten years. It is the most organized medical office i have been to. Wonderful staff, with smiles and clear directions. i highly recommend this office.

    Dr. Kirsch was just how I like doctors, direct and to the point. He explained things very well and I left feeling better about my issue even though it could have been more serious. Also, his staff was outstanding! From check in to check out and all off the techs in between! All of them were friendly and did their jobs very efficiently. Would recommend Dr. Kirsch and his staff to everyone.
