I will be looking for another practice for my my eye care going forward.I have been a patient of this practice for almost a decade. I am 71 yrs old and live on a fixed income.I have had blepharitis for several years. I live on a fixed income and saved up the money for a lipaflow treatment here, $1500.I was told I would get 6 months to a year of relief from the treatment. I barely got 3 months and when I returned expecting retreatment, I was told I would have to pay again. Dr. Oxford said I needed to have either better self discipline to do the home care she recommended or better finances, when I told her I couldn't aford to pay again.Besides, after just now researching, I found that other practices do the same procedure for $700-$1000 !?!

While the doctors are good, the facility is managed like a farm. It's impossible to get a hold of someone when you need them.
