This rating review is only for the reception people. I called couple times to book an appointment. Finally my call was picked up BUT OMG! the lady was rude and impatient. There is zero quality of customer services. I'm concerned about how the office visit would be like....

My doctor at Pacific Eye Associates is top notch but the customer service, front desk and appointmentt desk are awful.

I always make an appointment for first thing in the morning to avoid having to wait
and wait and wait because they are behind due to emergencies or overbooking or ?

Seems every other visit I need to show my medical cards because "we updated the system and lost all the data". Doesn't sound like your personal information or medical records are very secure in this place.

I called in for a prescription on a Tuesday and had to leave a message with some message taker. By the following Monday I was still waiting for a reply. When I called the customer service manager she looked up my record on the computer and saw my request and read it to me but had no explanation why I hadn't heard back in a week. No apology - just I will check into it.

Meanwhile I received a voice mail message from Hassid looking for a Yolanda S (no where near my name). He never said where he was from and he gave his phone number so fast I had to listen four times to the message to get the number. From the number I figured out he was from Pacific Eye Associates. How did my phone number get on Yolanda's record? Cust. Ser manager said she would check into this also and two weeks later I still hadn't her from her.

They should spend less on that elaborate fish tank in the lobby and more on staff.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment since I was a new patient and knew I would have to fill out paperwork. I waited until about 20 mins after my appointment time to get called into the back. No big deal - it seemed a little busy.

I saw Dr. Lin's tech who conducted the entrance interview. When I told her about my inflamed eye and the symptoms I had when I woke up this morning, she had a vaguely distrustful air, like I might have been making the whole thing up. Upon completing the entrance interview, she sent me back to the waiting room with a promise of getting called back soon.

After waiting another 2 hours for my appointment, I finally left. I never saw Dr. Lin. I told the front desk people I was leaving, and they just shrugged - no apologies, nothing.

If you value your time, I recommend going elsewhere.

Good doctors ..bad bad baaaad center !!
I am a small business owner myself and I do understand that you may have a day off here or there as a business owner that is not necessarily representative of your overall business or customer service.....so I tend to give everyone seconds and thirds ....this place however managed to beat my lowest expectation every single time!!

The front desk is just really incompetent but I think there is a bigger problem causing the poor customer service and the the other issues that follow.....in my opinion it's just amazing how corporations manage to ruin good offices and practices every day...what happened here is that a smart business group wanted to cut overhead costs...hmmm...how do you do that? Simple....gather up a 100 doctor in a tiny cramped office space........the result ladies and gents is one big ZOO!

My regular visit to this office can take up to three hours and I have no eye health issues, just a regular eye exam and a check. What topped it today was that my appointment somehow got lost even though I checked in at the front desk...so I waited about an hour and after that decided to check...one nurse told me I don't have your file but the other front desk insisted that my file was there...anyway that's what you would expect at a zoo so I just decided to leave after an hour of a wasted wait

If you wanna go here...then make sure you are alert and keep everyone on their toes......there were few people who came after me but they were persistently following up every 5 minutes and they did manage to see their doctors. It also seems like speaking Russian or Chinese may help...all of the patients who spoke Russian or Chinese managed to get in smoothly with no trouble

I can't blame the staff too much despite the poor customer service I received from the reception ...again I think you can not expect too much at a zoo

I am never going back to this office again and I am changing all my physicians in that center asap. I will go to a small clinic where the front desk recognize you...an office where you can actually find a seat to sit down in peace...a place where you don't have to spend a whole afternoon only to check your eyes

Font desk stuff rude, support stuff not so impressive, MDs among the same lines. Assembly line, mediocre, medicine at best.
