The wait time is just unbelievable. We have come here for more than 10 appointments but there are not once that we can leave within 2 hours. If you have other choices, DO NOT come here.

The staff here is very rude! I try to check in and the receptionist didnt even let me finish my sentence and just interrupted me saying she is checking in someone else. I need to wait. She didnt tell me how long I need to wait. Then I try to ask her a question, she refuses to answer me and gave me a lot a lot of attitude. Dont not come!

Sadly, I have to finally make a complaint about the way this office is run. I have been seeing Dr. Linn for nine years and he is a great doctor. I saw Dr. Song for an emergency six weeks ago and she was also very competent. Today, I had a follow up appointment to see Dr. Song and after waiting for one and half hours I just up & left. I was so upset about the long wait which is due to over scheduling by the doctor. After one hour I asked how many people were ahead of me and was finally told two were. Then another half hour went by. Unfortunately, this is not a one time occurrence due to a doctor's emergency; it's constant due to over booking. It's plain rude not to be told during a one and a half hour wait just what is going on. When i arrived at my car, I had just received a ticket. One would think an hour and half for a follow up visit would be sufficient time. But I should have known better. What is really troubling is that none of the staff seem to care about your time and your long wait. No one bothers to inform you what's going on, or how much longer your wait will be. I wonder if they would honor your appointment if you, the patient, arrived two hours late. It's truly maddening that the doctors constantly over book. Charge people who don't show, and respect the time of patients who arrive on time - that's how an efficient office should operate.
    Healthgrades
Anonymous Via Healthgrades - Dr. August Reader
Dr. Reader is a neuro-opthalmologist, but unfortunately I did not see any evidence of his knowledge outside of basic opthalmology. I had had a neck injury, characterized by pulling of multiple of my nerves related to my vision and vestibular systems. When I saw him, I had double vision, blurry vision, severe headaches, severe dizziness, and could barely walk a block because of the symptoms. He performed a basic eye exam on me, said my eyes were healthy and I have 20/20 vision, so I should be fine. After many months of experiencing these debilitating symptoms, I finally found a neurologist who explained that my visual system was compromised. Your eyes can be perfectly healthy but still not work together appropriately, which any decent neuro-opthalmologist should know. I have been doing vision therapy to retrain my system for over 6 months now (daily at-home exercises and weekly in-office visits). And my eyesight is improving, though it has been slow and hard work.
