I called and tried to make an eye appt. I do have insurance but the lady who answered sounded so confused and sarcastic. She truly does not care and made me feel stupid. Im not elderly but I guess I just dont understand and people dont want to take the time to explain.

I had an appointment for my annual eye exam which included three exams prior to seeing my doctor. I checked in at 1:15 pm for a 1:30 pm appointment. I waited until 2:30 pm while asking every twenty minutes about the delay. No staff members gave me eye contact until I found one technician who could help. He said there was a delay due to an elderly patient's inability to do a test. Around 2:45pm I was able to proceed on my tests. I saw my doctor at 3:00pm and left around 3:25pm. For the past three years I've experienced these long delays. Must be me!Also while checking in two of the check in staff members were bickering over a patient's issue as I stood there to check in. Unprofessional behavior for frontline staff.I have a great doctor but dissatisfied with the office staff.

This review isn't for Dr. So himself, but for his assistant. I never had a chance to talk to Dr. So. I called several times to request an appointment. His assistant (scheduler) told me that I need to agree to have my eyes dilated during the visit. I explained it to her that I couldn't do that due to my eye condition. She then told me I therefore couldn't get the appointment. With common sense, it'll make sense if she says the doctor will decide whether to dilate the eyes. I don't think I would want to deal with a practice like this as the assistant is so overbearing. what is the actual doctor going to be like?

I took the time to call this office two timesto schedule an appointment as well as requesting online. No response at all.If theyre not taking new patients they should advise on answering machine or website Instead of wasting peoples time. Unprofessional office as far as I can tell.
