Had an 8am appointment with Dr. Allen. Showed up at 7:45 as requested and completed all paperwork. Told to take a seat and I would be called. At 8:30 asked reception when I could expect to get in. They couldn't give me a time. I said I couldn't wait any longer. My time is just as valuable. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. What's the point? Didn't get in the first time.

I come to this office because I have no choice. They give the worse phone and personal service. The staff has 0-3 people skills. They make you feel they do not need your business and that they are doing you favor for even acknowledging your presence. I am really going to make an effort and ask my new internist to refer me elsewhere. The staff is also totally disorganized and the workflow is beaurocratic.

A woman with an annoying voice answers the phone, immediately puts you on hold before allowing you to say anything, and then doesn't come back to you. Called twice and both times, gave up after being on hold for 15 minutes. A good doctor that I saw about 15 years ago is there and I'd like to see him, but they don't make a good impression with their customer service.

Very disappointing. Very unprofessional. Dr. Ai was loaned a book, a family heirloom written by my great grandfather, and he seems to have "misplaced" it, and cannot return it. This is what I was told by a staff member after over a year of phone calls and emails trying to track down Dr. Ai, to speak with him regarding the book's whereabouts. He has yet to acknowledge any of this. I am only hearing through his staff. Pathetic and so unprofessional.

Oxford is really uninterested in her patients. She prescribes medication without looking at the patients chart to check for allergies. Reckless and heartless
