Don't ever go to this clinic, the staff at this office who answered the phone are rude, my PCP already sent referral to them 2 weeks before and I spoke with someone at this office confirmed my visit will covered with my insurance (they are in network). After I found out my work schedule I called the office back to make appointment, the lady on appointment line so rude asking if I have insurance, if not self pay $99. I said "Of course I have insurance, otherwise I wouldn't call you...I call general hospital !". I also tried to explain to her that I already spoke & confirmed with someone at the office they received referral from my doctor... she not listened, I even told her to check I have Vision Plan insurance that they took it before, she not listened instead kept asking my info, terrible !

If I could give minus stars I would give minus stars ! I called again today tried to make an appointment, I just asked who is the OD that I will see ? This the other lady who answered the phone not even listened, she kept asking me my info that she already found my name at first conversation on the phone with her...its crazy ! I feel the staff at this office don't know nothing, either they don't like customers visit or they just don't know how to work.

The plus side- the nurses that you meet prior to the doctors have all been super courteous and pleasant. The negative side- the time waiting to see the doctor is horrendous. What is the point of requesting an early appointment before work and STILL having to wait over a hour is ridiculous. Trying to get through the phone line is just as hard. The only thing they were prompt on was collecting my payment. Ill be finding a new office after my recent experiences.

Pros- the nurses that you meet prior to the doctors have all been super courteous and pleasant.

Cons- the doctors seem to be on a time crunch?
The time waiting to see the doctor is horrendous. What is the point of requesting an early morning appointment before work and STILL having to wait over a hour is ridiculous (just for reference- I'm writing this review after the one hour mark, so who knows how long the wait will be). If resources are stretched tight then the scheduling should be managed accordingly. We all can't afford to take a half a day off to visit the doctors office.

My initial urgent care doc (Dr. Oxford) was a blast. I might as well have googled my symptoms on WebMD and had a similar diagnosis. She said I had a genetic disorder and told me the worst - without asking any prior history or anything that could have led to my injuries. I immediately called my work saying I may be out of the office for over a week. Fortunately, my eyes have been on a full recovery and it doesn't seem as serious as she said it was. So now, I feel like a dope making a big deal out of it to my work.

The only thing they are prompt on was collecting my payment.
