I have a scheduled surgery here. My initial exam was thorough and informative. I then was advised to schedule the procedure with Billy kwong who is a scheduling supervisor. My experiences with Mr Kwong were miserable to say the least. His call backs took days and when I spoke to him, he refused to have the surgeon or his assistant call me to answer my questions. He said I had to make an appointment and come in even though my questions were simple. When I mentioned that my concerns would take less than 5 minutes, he said "rules are rules" to be honest, if I am entrusting my life with this office, I would expect them to make a phone call to assuage my concerns. To be honest, I would bail on this if it weren't for the amount of time necessary to go somewhere else.

The first time to consulted Dr. So for Glaucoma several months ago, he told me "You got glaucoma & eventually you will go blind". I never expect any glaucoma specialist would saidthat to a patient. Everybody knows that glaucoma is incurable but it could be well treated to delay the progression of the decease. I do not recommend anyone to consult this stupid doctor.

Wow, I see so many 1 stars reviews, I can tell everyone why, the front Office Manager Mary Grace could really use some customer service skills and then pass it on to her staff, make sure you get everyones name when you call so you can put it on your review.

I just lost both of my Parents with in 3 months of each other, my Amazing Mother passed of cancer, and my father shot himself due to the loss of my Mother, I also expressed this to some people I spoke with, NOT EVEN A IM SORRY FOR LOSS, I'm not looking for sympathy just compassion.

I made an appointment 1 month prior, then I get there to find out they cannot even get my insurance straight. I live in the east bay, I got up at 5:30 am to drive in rush hour traffic, drive 2 hours, I also take the day off without pay, then get to the office, they took me straight in to have my eyes dilated, I asked them right away, should I have my eye exam, the assistant takes me back to the front desk to tell me that they are not a provider of my insurance, so now I have to start all over again, spoke to the Director Scott, he give just give's you the run around, and says he's sorry a lot as they just changed there protocol and I was one of the clients.

I'm sure there are many others that where Not called or explained to. I just got so frustrated with the lady at the desk as she was not giving me information that I needed, so I just left. Would you stay? That was on a Thursday, I called to speak to the President Dr Lin on a Tuesday, I still never heard back and it's Thursday.

I then called spoke to a front office person who said we cannot let you talk to Dr Lin who is the President of the office, the office tells me they gave him the message, they don't like complaints, they will make every excuse to get rid of you. I will contact every complaint website to write my complaint to warn every one not to go to this place. I'm going to the BBB, Consumer Affairs. Any one who will listen. Please save yourself a headache and frustration. Just Run or Cancel!

Just Don't Go, BOYCOTT! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! LOOK FOR THE SERVICE AND KINDNESS, NOT ABOUT THE HURT.
