The doctors are fantastic but the optometrist office is totally incompetent. They billed me one year after services for an amount they said was not covered by insurance. One year later - I paid it and then their accounting office sent me a refund check for that amount. I contacted the staff and they said that the accounting people were new. I returned the check, they sent me another refund. Six months pass and now I get a letter from a collection agency! What a mess.

Waiting room 4/5. <br>It was okay, standard and even a fish tank. It's a bit crowded and unorganized but that's most places.<br> <br>Nurse or O.D. Janet 1/5.<br>Poor communication, awkward, almost spread my infection (why I was in there in the first place) by not sterilizing the Tono pen between eyes. Luckily I asked her to before the tip made contact with my second eye. I have no idea why she did anything. I had to look up afterward that she was testing for glaucoma which is fine. <br><br>Dr. Zaidi 4/5.<br>Smart, well-spoken, thorough. However, he had two assistants in the office awkwardly staring. I didn't get a chance to ask my questions, because his henchmen escorted me out. Then I saw that they were serving cake on a Friday late afternoon. Guess I understand the rush.

now after 3 eye exams for glasses ( 2 being wrong) they are giving me a run around on billing charges. terrible!!!
