Dr. Oxford is the least empathetic doctor I have ever been to. I suffer from recurrent corneal erosions and she printed out an article for 1997 and was walking me through the steps on how to "treat" my hereditary disorder. It seemed she had very little hands on knowledge of what I am experiencing. I much prefer working with a doctor with experience rather than someone who is following an article written 20 years ago. She was so arrogant when I was wary of her recommendations that she kicked me out of her office and told me she wouldn't treat me.

Worst experience ever with a health care professional & office, from start to finish. Waited hour & a half past appointment time. Dr. Sung spent 30 seconds with me before someone came in the room and told her another patient was ready in another room, so I got the bum's rush. She spent three minutes with me max, told me retinas were fine (that was not my concern or reason for seeing her), gave me ambiguous page full of typos for treating dry eyes and left, without even showing me what to do.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY! Disastrous office. I have been seeing Dr. Oxford for five years and think that she is a good doctor. However, I think that she should find a new practice because the office staff is the WORST that I have ever encountered in any medical office. They have ZERO RESPECT for patients and treat you like a number. It's deeply troubling. The waits are unacceptably long - 30 to 60 minutes is typical. And then I recently had an appointment cancelled without notification. (I had left work early for this appointment.) The office made no effort to actually reach me to cancel my appointment - despite this being the most basic professional courtesy - and then tried to tell me that they called multiple numbers, despite not being able to show any records of doing so. And they never apologized! Just continued to smugly deny any error on their part. I will NEVER set foot in this office again. And I look forward to telling my friends and family to avoid it as well. The doctors who work here should fire their entire office staff if they want to stay in business and protect their professional reputations.

Dr. So is terrible. Was referred to him for possible glaucoma diagnosis from another doc in that office. My friend had already warned me that he misdiagnosed her about a year ago. But I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He comes in with two "assistants", one with a chart, the other observing i guess. Asks me if i knew why i was there..... yes so you can check to see if i have glaucoma! Asked him to explain what it is, and he says "my assistant will explain to you what it is" and walks out. Comes back after looking at my test results and says "yep, you have it"... "the treatment options are laser surgery or eye drops, i'm sure you'd rather do eye drops..." I said, "wait a min, can i get more information and can you explain the diagnosis?" His reply "oh, you want a second opinion?" So I went to another glaucoma specialist !.... do not go see him!

Front office is a mess. Patients are treated like cattle and after being unable to diagnose me after a battery of tests, had me do some tests at another clinic, which they said they would schedule for me. Didn't hear back after a month and followed up with them and they had no clue what i was talking about. I had to coordinate with the other clinic and pacific eye associates again. Got charged again for the 2nd visit which lasted 2 mins. Some sort of ambiguity around billing. Was told all my charges were cleared after the visit when i paid a lot of the costs with my card at front desk. Then kept on receiving a series of bill for the next few months. Horrible experience and would not wish it upon anyone,
