The office staff are incompetent and disorganized. This office would be better if they hired new staff.

I scheduled my appointment a month in advance, since I work two jobs and try to plan all my health care related visits on the same day. I was supposed to have an appointment tomorrow with Dr King to have my eyes examined. Needless to say i have never been to this center before - nor will I. The receptionist called this afternoon at 4:50 p.m. to tell me that Dr. King cancelled all the appointments tomorrow including mine. They just called, so needless to say the day i took off work is empty now, and now it is ten till 5 - and not many eye offices are open this late in the day. All I can say is I'm pissed - they have no regard for my time - i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I had the worst eye appointment here of any in my life. I had an eye infection and the doctor asked exactly ONE question during the entire examination. He did not listen to anything I said. I told him the problem was on the left side of my eye and he kept insisting that I look to the left (which is the opposite of what you do to expose the problem). Completely worthless and a waste of time and money. To make matters even worse, Pacific Eye Associates now has me on a robo-caller list and they call me up constantly telling me that I am over-due for my "appointment". I only went there once and have no ongoing business relationship with them. Absolutely despicable.

if you like being ignored, misdirected and overbilled-welcome! it is a very busy office-i tried asking for directions from an older russian woman behind the desk as you enter twice and was ignored twice then i was sent to another desk area where the young lady immediately told me to go back to where i was first and check in there ... then after a "complete" eye examination - i was informed AND only then - informed of an additonal fee at checkout that an additional sixty dollars for 'refraction' examination was required ... so what exactly is a 'complete' eye exam that their office provides but doesn't include a test or billing for such an examination? i checked web md and they say 'part of routine eye exam' ... overpriced and really not worth it

can i rate pacific eye associates zero stars? my appointment with dr. anne fung didn't happen. instead, after a wait similar to those described in many of these posts, dr roger atkins saw me. he was not who my primary care referred me to, or who i scheduled an appointment with. i'll summarize by saying my experience was farcical, pathetic and an expensive waste, and i have reported it to my insurance company. i will not return to pacific eye associates. today i went to another ophthalmologist to find out what's going on with my eyes. now i know. love her: dr. dilys bart.
