Save the money and you time! They are not professional at all, they will tell you to keep coming back charge you each time just to tell you the the right doctor you need to see is not available right now. The manager Billy is super rude and not even try to listen to you. Im super disappointed save your money Alsace your eyes !

Horrible customer service. I had a referral for 3 weeks but the receptionist was extremely rude & unprofessional. I am filing a complain and people stay away from such unprofessional clinic

Last year I had my exam at Paso. The technicians did not care about my concerns. They did not test my vision without my glasses and at the end I got about 39 seconds with the physician. Then upon reading my chart notes found them to be falsified coding tests and discussions that were not. Today I went to a different office in their chain and arrived on time as requested, when I was informed the doctor was running 35-60 minutes behind. Rather than wait in the crowded waiting room I chose my car. After waiting 20 minutes discovered the doctor was just arriving in the parking lot. When I went back in to reschedule I was treated with disrespect and told it's my responsibility to call to see if the doctor is running on time. Really? As a licensed medical professional myself I've never heard of such a thing. Utter disregard for patients and their resources, and rude staff playing power trips. Seriously if you can, find another practice.

If you're seeking treatment for dry eye disease, meibomian gland dysfunction, or related conditions, do NOT got to Dr. Oxford. Bedside manner: I consistently felt like she wanted to hustle me out as quickly as she could and working with her has been a pretty demoralizing experience. I don't feel like she took me or my discomfort or symptoms seriously. Someone else described her as curt and I agree - I'd leave appointments feeling dismissed but didn't know who else to go to. Treatment: I'm also astonished that after 2 years of working with Dr Oxford, she's never suggested a number of treatment options that my new doctor suggested at my first visit (one of which I'm currently using to great success). Patients (particularly DED/MGD sufferers) are looking for hope and sympathy as much as treatment. I felt let down on both fronts. If you're struggling with these conditions, I implore you to do some additional research and find a different ophthalmologist.
