The best review is the phrase heard repeatedly during my visit "sorry for the delay" I waited 75 minutes past my appointment time to actually see the Dr. Who was rushed, hadn't read my file and talked so fast I could barley understand let a lone ask questions. My appointment was interrupted twice by the Dr being called away to do procedures on other patients. Waiting room full of patients all complaining about waiting an hour or more past their appointment times. Not recommended

From my personal experience here, do not go here. The practice runs like a zoo and very chaotic. Spent more time with the assistants then the doctor. Doctor also only spends 5 minutes or less and prescribes medication without much explanation and is told to come back in a week. When questioned, doctor will say they did their job and refer me to another specialist in the practice to address the new issue but actually they never addressed the real issue. Please go somewhere else. The doctor I was assigned was horrible and other reviews have stated this person's name. I will not repeat it.

I agree with every negative Yelp review of this office and particularly of Dr. So. During an appointment I had with him, he raised his voice at one point and actually screamed at me, "I don't know you!" Why, I wondered would that matter in the context of having my eyes examined? I suspected he might be somewhat deranged and never went to him again. It seems that all aspects of the office are run to extract as much profit as possible. After experiencing long waits, patients are herded through the waiting room and into broken-down chairs and haphazardly-placed equipment. And you need to be careful before paying a bill to note whether there are items on it it that you had no idea you were purchasing (e.g., an exam you didn't need, a "lesson" in contact lens insertion that you didn't take).

This place is incredibly poorly run top to bottom. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Charleston not expecting to be charged. Then I got a bill for $175. The billing department does not pick up the phone. But they will call you back an hour or two later if you leave a VM. The billing lady says the reason I was charged for a consult was because "we charge for a consult". Well technically that is correct but I was not expecting to be charged. I would not have agreed to pay a dime for a consultation that was worth exactly nothing. The doctor just asked me a couple questions and she did not have an answer for my main question (about cost). Meanwhile, I was told to expect to hear back from them but they never called. When I called to ask why they didn't call I was asked a ton of questions about who I was and never got any answer. I can't believe I spent this much time on this place. They are not getting a penny from me let alone anywhere near my eyes. Stay away!!

You can tell they dont care if you recover or not. They either daily the process or they rush you. You can tell they want to sell you on Lipiflow and fool everyone. The staff and doctors are both rude and they just want to make money thats their end goal. They dont care if you recover or not and you can see the lack of empathy on their side.
