My name is Larry woehrer I live in fort myers Florida I went to frantz eye care in December I saw Rachel o Brien for a virus in my eye she prescribed the wrong medication for my eye that was my first visit my second visit I saw thy a Nguyen why a different doctor another 125 dollars she also didn't notice I was prescribed the wrong medicationOn my third appointment Rachel O'Brian prescribed my the wrong medication for the second time I have partially blindness in my right eye I can document everything iv said 100 percent

I have never been there. I would like to know why he feels the need to advertise "gender neutral " restrooms. Why would I want to go to such a place? I was looking this over decided not to go there. Seriously, this meets not to be advertised anywhere. I will never go to such places as obviously this implicates an agenda that is far from desirable.

I went in for an appointment for cataract surgery, after being referred to multiple doctors, paying $50 each time, I had the surgery. I understood the risks involved, and now Im living with halos, starbursts, excessive floaters and scar tissue. Once again, I end up following up with multiple doctors from Frantz Eye care, each time paying $50, and on top of the several thousand I paid out of pocket, plus what the insurance company paid, they wanted to charge me another $50 just to see a doctor to schedule the appointment for laser surgery. You would think that they would all be communicating with each other, working on a plan of action, but I found they were all working independently of each other, during all this one of them tried to sell me on cosmetic surgery to have my eye lids lifted, making me realize it was all about the money and not about solving my eye sight. I called the office to speak with a doctor, only to have a technician call me back. After all the money I spent there my eyes are worse now than they were when I walked into the door. I am frustrated to say the least. I fired Frantz Eye Care, but I will certainly be remembering them, daily, for the rest of my life.
