I visit the office annually for eye exams, but my visit with Dr. Vaziri was to explore eyelid surgery. The associate, who I spoke with on the phone prior to scheduling, said the consultation was free or covered. Later, almost 1 year later, I received a bill and phone calls requesting payment. I explained what was promised initially and the associate offered to discuss it with Dr. Vaziri. A week later, I received another copy of the bill in the mail. I've paid the bill, but wanted to share story.

So far, I've been waiting a half hour JUST to get paperwork to fill out. Debating whether or not to leave. Update: now I find out that they put me down for March 4th when I was certain the appointment was for Feb 4th. Not impressed. I don't care how good they are, I don't need to wait months for an appointment and hours to see a doctor.

my wife had eyes checked paid $225.00 and was told contacts would be in in three days. after several reasons why they were not in she was given contacts to try could not see out of them and was told by dr. you have to get use to them ,then said they must have wrong ones and would re order. after several weeks with no word i went there and was told the person that ordered them had been let go but they had other ones to try they were the same as before. now this has been going on two months and still no contacts. I requested a refund and was told i had to call fort myers office for any refund. After five calls to the preson who i was told handles refunds and no response. I would never go back to frantz's eye care. the Doctor was rude to my wife when she told him she could not see with them and they turn you off when not pleased with service.. My wife now has gone to another eye doctor and received a new scrip for contacts and now can see very well and only cost half of the $225.00 that frantz eye care charged for bad results. be ware

This was the worst experience we scheduled an appointment and my brother was going with me my mother explained that my older brother was going and she said okay we come to the appointment and she says you we can't see you without a parent that's total bullshit I hate this place
