First, they over dilate my eyes. I called twice and they said it would be fine, I take off work, go for my surgery A WEEK later, and my eyes were still dilated, so they couldn't do it. Three days later, off work again, still too dilated. A week later, the machine goes down while I'm on the table, then they dismiss me as a patient so they don't have to compensate for their incompetency. While I was on the table, my father witnessed a patient come in complaining because they did the Wrong eye! No wonder he can play get his relatives to do his commercials.

Made an appointment and waited for two hours.Why the hell you are taking appointments.Will not recommend this place to anyone.I will definitely not go back to this place.

I took my mother to clinic for her first appointment. Our appointment was at 2pm. At 4 pm we were still in waiting room #2 and still had not seen a doctor. Left office without eye exam. Not sure if this is normal but we felt like cattle who could not make it to the butcher. Will be looking for new doctor.

His bedside manner is great until you question him! He then sends certified letter to you saying you are no longer a patient, and sends you to one of his associates in a different practice! They tell you one thing and tell Dr Franz another. Of course to fix your eyes it's going to be $5000.00 out of your pocket..In the mean time I still can't see distance and guess what I was suppose to have distance lenses! Of course this is a long story and I am trying to shorten it! Bottom line NOT a good place to trust !
