Dr. Paez took an in-grow eyelash out of my eye using very pointy tweezers without numbing the area. I immediately noticed that and pulled myself and asked for a tear drop to numb the area. His assistant did it, but the eyelash was already out. So, he first did the hard part and then he numbed the area. What???NOT professional at all. I went thru some tests prior seeing him and he didn't go over anything. I wasted 2 hours! He managed the 5 mins. visit VERY POORLY.I DON'T RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL.

I just had a bad experience trying to get an initial appointment at the DelPrado office. The receptionist answered the phone as if I was bothering her. When she asked what plan I had, I gave her all the information that is on my card, but she said (in an annoyed tone) that this was not the correct information. This is a new plan for me which is offered for retired military families. My husband happened to hear the interaction and was appalled at the way this woman was speaking to me. There are other options for us, and we will be using one of the others. The doctors may be excellent, but they need to do something about their person in the front line.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Do not go see their surgeon Dr. Ehrlich. Do. Not. He made a mistake on my eye and now I'm unable to close my right eye all the way. I had a simple bump removed and he completed more surgery then he needed to then altered the initial release I signed. Then after trying to see him for a third follow up he discharge me as a patient and will no longer see me to help fix the problem he created. Do not go see Dr. Ehrlich at Frantz eye care. He cut all the way to my eyelid and now I'm on able to close my eyes naturally. Do not go see Dr. Ehrlich for surgery. I wish I could go back in time and read these reviews before I went there. Dr. Ehrlich Completely ruined my life.

There were over a hundred questions that needed to be completed prior to the visit, which filled about 12 pages and took nearly an hour to complete. I was told by the office and insurance company that the exam fee was covered by insurance. We were charged $100. When I called to obtain a credit, I was told I would receive a phone call back after manager approval for the adjustment the same day. I never received a return phone call. The office did not have the right type and strength of contact for my daughter to try on, yet we were still charged a $100 fitting fee (one of the contacts they "fitted" her with was her own contact!). She needs to go back a second time because we also were not given her prescription. We were not given a paper copy of the bill to try and submit to insurance, we were only given a credit card receipt. Overall VERY UNSATISFIED and would not recommend this office.
