VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. THERE WAS NO CONCERN ABOUT MYCATARACTS. IT WAS PRIMARILY A DOLLAR & CENT SITUATION.AFTER THEY WERE CONVINCED THAT I WOULD NOT CHOOSETHE PROCEDURE NOT COVERED BY MY INSURANCE, IT WAS OVER.MY INSURANCE WOULD ONLY COVER A BASIC PROCEDURE.THIS OFFICE WANTED ME TO CHOOSE THE PROCEDURE THATWOULD COST ME AN ADDITIONAL $7,000 +++ OUT OF POCKET.I WOULD "NOT" RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY,DO YOUR HOMEWORK & LOOK FOR ANOTHER DOCTOR.IN ADDITION, I WAS CHARGED $55.00 FOR A REFACTORY(?)EXAM. I WAS CHARGED FOR THIS PROCEDURE ONE WEEK PRIORBY THE REFERRING DOCTOR. WHY???? NO EXPLANATION.I'LL STOP BECAUSE I'M GETTING ANGRY.THANKS FOR ALLOWING ME TO POST, T.G.KOOSIS

My father trusted Dr. Frantz with one of his most important senses, his vision. After a few visits he told my dad that he had Mascular degeneration. The dr dilated his eyes and gave him a shot. My dad called me in a panic. He had no way to get home since he now couldn't see from the dilation. No preparations from the dr. Then...after about 2 weeks no follow up from the doctor & my dad's vision was suddenly going away quickly. I called the doctor and they said they were unable to help him. He has wet mascular degeneration and he will lose his vision. After research and speaking with many other doctors and specialists we found out that had he just treated my dad ASAP he may not have lost his vision. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!

i had appts. on 2 consecutive weeks and neither doctor could make the appt. "on-time".......i was there 5 to 10 minutes early but neither doctor or their staff could advise why they are running late or advise when i would get in to my appt.......they are terrible at communicating where they are at and just can't keep appointments.....this is something they do everyday so how can they be so poor at keeping appts.?
