    I had eyebrow surgery done with Dr Eurlick in 2020, since then I keep telling the Dr they didnt look right and his excuse was give them time for the swelling to go down, well he postponed me long enough and then retired . And another dr came in and then frantz did not want to honor his mistake as time went on we did check ups with the office on Del Prado until my recent visit with a new doctor that told me you look like you have saggy eyelids that could benefit from our surgery so I explained the situation to him and he gave me the appearance of trying to get out of the conversation. So I took his advice and went to see the eyelid surgeon again and they told me the first surgery should have lasted at least 10 years but they would be glad to do another and charge me full price. After a conversation with the office manager she agreed to talk with Frantz about my issue, well his response was we will not do anything , what a place his name is in the building and all he cares about is making money and not doing a good job so think about all his advertising and lack of quality operations when you go there and remember there are many other people that have the same problem I have that complained about this doctor with the same results.

    I arrived at 7:45 for 8am appointment and was given a mask as I dont normally wear one due to my cardiac and lung problems which I explained to receptionist. I was given numerous papers to complete taking about half hour. When I handed the paperwork back I was told I needed mask over face and nose. I again explained my medical conditions and that Id pass out with mask over face and nose and every doctor understands this. Receptionist just kept repeating it their policy and told me to call back and reschedule when I can wear a mask over face and nose like Id be miraculously cured of emphysema and cardiac disease. Might as well have told an amputee to call back when their limb grows backI had to leave without emergent care I needed. I called the main office to advise of situation when returning home. After being on hold for over 10 min I was told manager would call me back in a few min. Five hours later I called back and was told manager would be in a seminar for the next few business days and would get back to me in the future.They should just let the public know they dont treat people with cardiac and lung diseases because its against their policy. Should be ashamed of themselves

    As I sit here, ordering my husband's contacts I am angry as sin. We paid A LOT of money for lasik and out of the gate there were problems. Dr. Frantz told him, if he didn't like it he could go back in and change it. (the prescription in the one eye was changed a bit, at the moment of surgery. He was leery, but was reassured IT COULD BE CHANGED BACK) But when we seen Dr Feeder, she refused to go back to Dr. Frantz with his complaint, (we were in that office many times, asking to change it back) because she claimed it was so minoot, he wouldn't want to fix it. She offered glasses and contacts???? Why? We paid for the lasik to eliminate this cost. Then they ended up trying to charge us (because the many visits, were still under the original lasik charges. Any further visits were considered, other visits). I don't think they care. They just want to make money... who cares that you don't have great vision. After all, you can buy glasses and contacts. Lasik=Waste Of Money!
