Used car salesman. As soon as you dont upgrade to non insured options, they scare you into anotherlike window tinting, underbody coating, extended warranty just in case they do a bad job be prepared to get terrified by the vast number of employees in there marble and glass building your paying for with your terrors they put in your head.

We had our first appointment today. We waited for 30 minutes past our scheduled time before approaching the front desk. We asked if it is normal for them to be running so late. She refused to answer- let alone apologize or explain.We decided to leave and take our business elsewhere.Since the doctor was a no-show, I think I should get paid $50. :-/

Do not get the SMILE vision correction procedure! See Diego's review. My review is exactly the same. SMILE procedure in January 2023 and blurry vision in the right eye with double vision and headaches. It is interesting that I was made to believe my case was extremely rare, but it appears to not be the truth. I asked for a full refund, but they refused and instead gave me eye duct plugs which became infected and had to be surgically removed. I had a second opinion from a reputable eye surgeon who said they were trained in the SMILE procedure, but they are "not a fan". The office also tried to tell me that they are not pushing the SMILE, but the large billboards and office staff touting it as the "best" would indicate otherwise. First time ever being to this clinic. Pulled my son out of school for an appt. They were over 30 min late for his appt. I walked out and left. Will never go back there or recommend them to anyone. Very bad business.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Absolute waste of time and money, no concern for patient inconveniences caused by office.My husband had an appointment the week prior for a Lasik consultation. After a 2.5 hour appointment his results determined it would not make sense to get the surgery since near and far could not be corrected together. He spoke with a receptionist a few days later to schedule getting glasses instead. The doctor was consulted to confirm that his results from the lasik tests could be used for prescription glasses. Appointment made for 7:45 AM on a work day. He arrived on time to be told that they "canceled his appointment, what are you doing here?" WHAT? He explained and was told that "no, they need to rerun all of the tests performed and paid for a week ago" WHAT???? He waited around until 8:30 to be told he will need to come back another time. After driving 45 minutes each way for a scheduled appointment. Absolutely do not trust the competence of this office. Not worth the cost when they cancel appointments and dont even tell the patients they have done so. Trust your eyes elsewhere.
