    Edit- this is not spam. I was sent a bill for services not providedDO NOT GO HERE!!!They charge for services not provided. Charge for service other eyecare facilities do for free. Very poor customer service, billing department doesn't know what's going on.

    I just was in the Naples office looking for high end designer glasses(my old ones I bought there years ago are still amazing)I was so dissatisfied and disappointed with the low quality of their frames. Its not the same place as I felt I could shop at Walmart and get the same for less)I dont understand how you can have such a poor selection in Naples. I was looking for a chic pair of Fendi only to be told they do not carry that brand. At any rate, I will have to take my business to another location on Neapolitan Way. This is becoming like a Wal mart for glasses. Dont go there for nice glasses!

    Unfortunately, I had to have the refraction portion of my eye exam redone on Jan. 25th after the original RX prescribed on Dec. 24 was just not working for me, at all! Upon calling the eye center, Frantz staff said I needed to return to the retailer FIRST to verify they had not made any errors when filling the RX. I did, and the RX had been correctly filled and fitted by the retailer. I then had to make a 2nd appointment with Frantz EyeCare for a re-exam. On Jan. 25th, after arriving at the Ft. Myers office, it took 2 full hours of waiting and being moving around before I was issued a completed new RX. While the staff explained that the office had been very busy that am, I did not see a large amount of patients waiting to be seen. My point..a better system needs to be put into place for scheduling and completing a re-exam.

    I had an appt @ 11:00 AM. Upon arrival they said that my appt had been cancelled. I asked why, they said they did not know. I told the clerk that I had to drive almost 100 miles to make my appt, she did not care, and robotically said, "oh I am so sorry.", it was obviously it was a robotic reply, and she did not care. I told her to remove my name from their clients list and that I was firing Franze Eye Care from my list of eye medical care and I'll go elsewhere. Again, she robotically said, "OK." She did not care about Franz being terminated much less about an elderly patient driving 100 for nothing.
