Went in for an exam in October, I went back 3-4 different times because I couldnt see out of my contacts and I kept having to physically adjust them (yes you could only imagine how annoying that was). Meanwhile, through all the back and forth I kept getting a weird rash underneath my eye. When I mentioned it to the dr cover for the original dr that saw me, he was super nice and gave me samples of an Ointment. Little did I know, he was going to charge my health insurance for a sick visit, which I didnt agree with because no ever even went over cost with me. I then get a bill for $173, when I try and fight with the billing department I get the runaround, and 4 months later, it shows up on my credit report. Well long story short, after all this I finally go back to the finish of my exam and now the office has the audacity to try and charge me for another exam and fitting of contacts after Ive already paid it and more.

My husband has cognitive issues and I was unable to attend his exam. I understand the current situation but I was masked and just wanted to be in the waiting room in case there were decisions that he could not make.

Ive been trying to call all day and cannot get through. I was hung up on by some lady named Marilyn. I will definitely not be doing business here! Horrible customer service!

WARNING DO NOT GO TO FRANZ EYECARE IN NAPLES FL. THEY ARE CHARGING INSURANCE COMPANIES AND THEIR PATIENTS FOR PROCEDURES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN DONE!! THEY WILL BILL A ROUTINE EYE EXAM AS A PATIENT COMING IN FOR AN EYE INJURY OR CATARACTS!! ALSO, THEIR FRONT DESK WILL TELL YOU TO LEAVE THEIR OFFICE AND RESCHEDULE IF YOU DO NOT PRESENT AND LET THEM TAKE A PHOTO COPY OF YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD!
