Horrible , they charge me for no show , no one does that any more , most places have respond mesages to verify if you are available . hurricane destroyed home and they charge me not showing up for annual exam?? WTF

I am very disappointed with the treatment I got from your office..my cataract surgery was cancelled twice. I did my pre opt on May 13th and paid my out of pocket payment in full. After speaking with receptionist Jennifer about my disappointment for the 2nd cancellation she told me "don't shoot the messenger." Not only am I upset about her comment I had to came back early from my vacation when I could have stayed another week with my family as we went to bury my aunt that passed away. I decided that I wanted my money back and had no choice but to proceed with surgery with another doctor, as i was lost faith in Dr. Frantz and his team. I requested a refund, which was paid with cash. I was advised the office does not refund cash. I received a check a month later, less $250.00 for "pre op testing requirements and eye drops" which should have been used the night before surgery. Surgery was never performed, therefore I should be able to return the drops and get a full refund. Cancellations were the result of your office, not mine. I should not be penalized for it. I was told they cannot take back the drops which are still sealed. None of this is my fault, I respectfully request $250.00 which was deducted please be paid to me by check at your earliest convenience. I have suffered added stress, anxiety, pain, loss wages( for taking off days), for surgery and recovery, cutting my vacation short, and unethical and unprofessional receptionist.I truly hope you will agree to mail me a check for the deductions taken out.Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this urgent matter.Very disappointed,Joanne Scott

This place is a scam ... went in for laser eye correction in one eye for help reading my laptop still cant read it . Come to find out that at 48 years old it was a waste of money even to try laser surgery.I then returned to Frantz to see what other options were available . They tried to charge me twice for the exact same eye tests in the same month .. At this point I just walked out

Disgusting! programming in waiting room. They subject patients to hearing (couldnt watch) a program shooting, skinning, cooking RATS. When I told the receptionist she said there was Nothing they could do...just go to another room. I luckily go to a more state of the art, patient friendly place than this. I never heard of such rudeness and idiocy!!

I have had multiple terrible experiences here. Some of the staff does not know what they are Doing and have no idea how to think out of the box. They're not a custom to questions they don't like questions they want you to be a robot. I started about six months ago trying to get to Lasik surgery I have yet to get the right pair of contacts knowing I can't do Lasik and I've been told I cannot get my prescription. I know I have to start all over with a new eye doctor and hopefully a company that actually cares about their customers.
