I was unfortunate to have a negative experience. Everything went great until the second eye. I had mentioned during the post op checkup that I wish I had gotten my near vision corrected. Dr, Feder said I will talk to Dr. Frantz about doing the left eye. Of course they approved the pan lens for $4K. Unfortunately, this didn't work, and I am told it may take 90 days to fully adapt to the lens. I might have taken this better if I didn't have to wait in Dr. Feder's exam room for 40 minutes after initial testing. So, now I have horrible vision for who knows how long. I am deeply disappointed because my vision is significantly worse than ever.

They insisted on me wearing a mask while the receptionist didn't have hers on. No disrespect, but I should not be forced to wear a mask. If the doctor and/or staff is wearing one, why are you worried about me? I am healthy and do not want to wear the mask. Other places are becoming lenient so I never expected to have to wear a mask...I should have been told when I made the appointment 6 weeks ago; I wouldn't have had wasted my time or theirs.

My daughter just had lasik and her vision is worse than before. Very disappointed!

I doctored with them until I was late paying and they took me out of their system and didn't tell me until I went there for my appointment. They are just there for money. I will never recommend them to anyone
