Poor customer service and scheduling. It's one thing to have one isolated incident, but my family of 5 have had numerous issues with appointment scheduling and prescriptions. Seems as though Frantz is bigger than their resources can handle efficiently to need the needs of their clients.

Not a good experience!!!! The office in Naples is absolutely ridiculous!!! I would not trust them with any future eye visits and the billing is all over the place as well!!! Overcharges and up charges.... it is all about the $$$, not the patient!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

This was the worst experience we have had in a long time. Talk about a run-around and a rip-off. First off my son wanted lasix surgery. The office gave the free consultation on the lasix surgery and whether he was a candidate. Then we were told that he would have to have an eye exam for $99 in order to complete the procedure. After taking our $99, they said he was not a candidate for the procedure. Now if they are so trained in this surgery, as they claim, they knew that after the first consultation that he was not a candidate, but continued on to snag our $99 eye test. Cheaters! I would never recommend this office for anything to do with your eyes. Run!

The doctor here did a Bad Job on my wife's eye lids , we have seen about 4 eye lid jobs done on some of our friends and they all turned out very good .Wife ask him about it , and his remark back was ( we take off just enough to help your vision ) . Well this is not the place I'm going to refer to anybody . My wife's twin sister had it done and you can't believe the difference. Yes we will be getting them done again by a different place and Doctor. We contacted our medical insurance company and they said they will not cover this operation again until it get worse . They said they have ran in to this before , where the doctor does not take off enough skin. Oh well you learn something every day !
