**This is not a reflection of the Doctors, but of the frontline of Frantz Naples** Called today, 16FEB18 right at open (8:00am). I was excited and eager to make an appointment for some new glasses and contacts. I call and Liliana (spelling?) picks up and I tell her I would like to make an appointment for new prescriptions. Without a split second reaction she replies in the most cold and uncaring manner: "what insurance do you have?". I pause, since I was so taken back with this immediate "size up". I then told her I wasn't sure and gave her my wife's information (who has been in before) and she said "ok...what insurance does she have?". Nothing about her gave two turds about me or my eye care. Now, what is this? I have never felt more looked down at and sized up as a patron in my entire life. Her attitude and cold and careless questions were enough to make me go back to my eye doctor (Pearl Vision in the mall here; great guy just not open as much as Frantz). She could've cared less if I ever got an appointment or ever got care. It was so humiliating and degrading. Unfortunately for them, they missed out on long term business with great coverage. And to whoever is going to write back with some message to show others you care - don't. It's tasteless and tacky.

Terrible customer service from Natalie. This woman has to be related to the owners. No way anyone with such an incompetent approach to customer service and arrogant snotty attitude would keep her job.

I guess they need more Doctors, or probably a better system. I have waited for 1 hour to see Dr. Robin, seems like patients are here to wait, not to be treated or served. A couple that was as frustrated as I was got up and left, because it gets to a point, that waiting for so long is disrespectful, to patients and the practice itself. At the end I was sent home with a prescription that cost $640, and no insurance covers it. Very disappointed.

Right eye really botched, referred to cleanup Dr. That wants me to use Restasis $550 for 6 weeks before second surgery and after I paid $3500 for both eyes. My right vision is blurry and should be for reading but dominates my distance. Sorry I used Trimoxi instead of drops as the are lots of floaters which makes my sight feel unclear. I was better before surgery.
