    Very disappointed. Had the PRK done on my right eye. 8 months later it's worse than it was before. Since having it done, I've been back in every few weeks for a check up. No progress but my eye is now super dry. Doctor decided I needed to keep coming in to now treat my dry eye. Of course that would be on my dime. After paying out of pocket for the PRK, they tell me I should have the lasik done with a different machine. Which they don't have. I went in today for my first dry eye appointment at 345pm. After sitting in the waiting room and watching everyone that works there walk by me for an hour and a half. At 515 pm I decided to go see if someone could tell me what is taking so long. I walk to the desk to find nobody there. I walked out and will not walk back in. I've spent over $1500 on my right eye out of my pocket and I'm worse than before and get forgotten about. Go somewhere else if you're looking for lasik.

    If I could leave no stars I would. Very disappointed in their customer service. I had an appointment in the fort myers office and I called to inquire about the mask requirements because I cannot wear one due to health issues. When she said I would have to wear a mask in Fort Myers but not in Lehigh Acres. She proceeded to tell me there was cancellation in Lehigh so I made the appointment took off work and had my fianc take off to drive me. So we got to our appointment only to be informed YOU MUST WEAR a mask. So now not only was I not able to see the dr my family lost 2 days of work. Not happy

    I asked Dr. Frantz to send my medical records to Dr. Corrent who is now practicing in Miami. I had to call many times and actually go to the office in order to get my records sent. My understanding is that these records belong to me, yet the office policy is that Dr. Franz must review each request and he only does this once per week. Even after his review, I needed to follow up again and again.

    So unprofessional. They called me the day before my surgery to cancel because they need to run another test (1 month wasn't enough). Surgery was already paid and days off from work givenResponse: of course I was your patient. I never said my visit went on this month.
