Dr. Burch has been a great addition. Unfortunately the turnover of physicians is frequent and does not allow for good continuity of care. The sudden departures of Dr. Correct and Dr. Perszyk were a real loss for myself.I have had to reschedule three times with the new glaucoma specialist As he is not credentialed on my Florida blue yet.Barbara KronenfeldFrantz's

Optometrist or Opthamalogist - Waited months and months for appointment with FRANZ EYE CARE No matter what is going on with your eyes, they make you see an Optometrist first. Then, two appointments cancelled at last minute. At this point, they throw you at the back-of-the-line again. Each doc in their network makes their own rules as to what insurance they accept. Supervisor doesn't return calls. This is large corporate eye care. Makes you feel like a number not a name. One might expect more caring treatment at McDonalds. If my friends, or family asked.....I would tell them to run away like your hair is on fire.

Awful awful place unprofessional from the time we went in from the time we left that's all they kept asking are we going to book the next person are they going to book the next person are they going to book that's all they wanted to know if we were ready to book an appointment never would I recommend them to friends family or anybody that smug smile when I see his commercials absolutely angers me.

Had to have cataract surgery. Franz was one of the few that know about the ICL lense which I had. They talked me into the optix lense because you can see up close as well as distance. Paid over $6000 for the surgery and follow ups. Told them I can't see clear up close. Because of the surgery I had cloudiness in the eye. Charged me over $500 to fix that. Then was told that the optix lense was good for 20 inches away as "upclose". I am not happy and all I get is one excuse after another! I would recommand anyone else than Franz!!
