Stay away do not trust them! I went to the office in Cape Coral for an updated prescription and new glasses. The glasses they provided made me dizzy and nauseous. When I asked them to remake them they did however the results were the same, the glass is still made me dizzy and nauseous. Without explicitly saying, staff in the office inferred that theyre obviously something wrong with me. They insisted I come back and try the glasses in front of them where they can try to better fit them as if I havent been wearing glasses for the past 30 years. Finally, they offered to remake the glasses again and revert back to an older prescription that I got from Tyson however, there would be $100 fee. Why would I risk that I could just go to Tyson and pay them directly. Avoid Frantzc at all cost

Update - the office called me to offer me another surgery on my right eye. They said they can only fix this problem surgically. They need to remove the comment stating that they cannot verify me as a patient. I paid a premium for SMIlE ($4,500), instead of closer to $3,000 for LASIK. They are pushing this procedure and lying about the failure percentage. Do not get the SMILE vision correction procedure! See Diego's review. My review is exactly the same. SMILE procedure in January 2023 with Dr. Burch and blurry vision in the right eye with double vision and headaches. It is interesting that I was made to believe my case was extremely rare, but it appears to not be the truth. I asked for a full refund, but they refused and instead gave me eye duct plugs which became infected and had to be surgically removed. I had a second opinion from a reputable eye surgeon who said they were trained in the SMILE procedure, but they are "not a fan". The office also tried to tell me that they are not pushing the SMILE, but the large billboards and office staff touting it as the "best" would indicate otherwise. See this website for more on SMILE: lasikcomplications.com/r

My wife went had eyelid surgery done at Frantz Eye Care. She paid the deductible every time she went in and now we get a bill from them because they called my wife and asked her past health questions prior to surgery that every doctor we have ever seen normally has you fill out a medical questionnaire on paper or a note pad. Never have we ever been charged for this. My wife called their billing dept and they explained that it was for their phone call. We are going to pay for this but will never go back to Frantz Eye care
