    Would NOT recommend Jennifer Werrell, optometrist. Worst experience ever. Left with new contacts and couldn't read road signs. On the "revisit" she was sarcastic and patronizing when questioned about the prescription. Better luck to those who see her!

    The facility was spotless while also being warm and inviting. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. My exam was stellar. Loved Dr. Cope. He found my problems, explained everything to me and now I have a chance to get my vision back correctly. I am so glad I came here.

    Highly recommend the office and Dr Johnson. I have been a nurse for almost 50 years and currently care for my 90 year old mom and in laws. My mom is wheelchair bound and the staff was so accommodating. Dr Johnson was thorough, kind, and respectful to my mom and I. Wonderful experience!

    Money making machine! Went to see eye doctor for pain, and exudate left eye.misdiagnosed ended up taking viral medication 3 times a day for a week. Check up after that week, Dr tells me he made a mistake and blamed wearing a mask often since I am a critical care nurse, and ordered over the counter drops. After over a month of this treatment, still no relief! Then comes the bill. They got large amount from my insurance ( I have very good insurance) but I still owed over 150.00. Sent them a letter and no contact from the eye institute. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR BUSINESS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE PART OF THEIR MONEY MAKING MACHINE!

    In my opinion, Dr. Kirsch was rude, seemed pre-occupied, and did not show any compassion or patience in discussing problems I have had following cataract surgery. The medical records were sent to him over two months ago but I have not heard back with any ideas on how the problems may have arisen or any solutions.
