Disappointed. While setting an appointment for my mom, I specifically asked how much the appointment would cost. They told me the first appointment would be free since they would be doing tests to see if she was even qualified to have the surgery done. I thought it was very reasonable (similar to what LASIK Plus in Tampa does). Weve been waiting for this appointment for a while now and both had to take time off work to be there today. We arrived to the appointment and they asked that we pay $419 so we can be seen. We explained that this isnt not what we were initially told. We specifically made sure that we didnt need to bring payment to the first appointment, otherwise we would come prepared. They said sorry. Needless to say, we had to leave. Its not a matter of money at this point. I dont think we will be coming back.

I never went here but the office personnel on the phone are so rude, and hung up on me before I could even finish my question

I waited over two hours. Not enough support staff. Nothing like it used to be over a year ago.Disappointed.

Terrible experience with Dr. Mahajan! No concern for patients. Simply told me to pay and she would not correct her mistake.
