    I have complex health issues & I called them to see if could see on of there ophthalmologist front desk lady was very very rude. Dr Nell you should employee better people

    I will not recommend this place to anyone, as the staff was very rude from the start. I ended up having an eye infection that they were unable to pinpoint. How does an eye Dr miss that? I will not be returning here again.

    They are a bunch of thieves. They will say that they except your insurance and you will get a bill stating that you owe a large balance due and realize that the insurance company is NOT working in your network when the Doctor tells you that it does and you will be covered. They put in the statement of all kinds of work that was done when it wasn't. Just a check up, over $300.00 Dr. Jacob charged me. Be careful, it's all about the money. Check your insurance company yourself. Be safe and go else where.
