    This is an awful place to go, horrible experience, even when my insurance pay everything the lady from the frame part was trying to charge $140 for something that I NEVER REQUESTED, when I told her why she said because you need this, and this and this. I ask her Who said that???? She said me! I was so mad because is you do not authorize to have extras in your glasses how come she will decided for me, I did ask her to give me the prescription back because whit this kind of service I will definitely go somewhere else, when I told her that, in a VERY DISRESPECTFUL MANER she sad WOW!!!!! What kind of customer service is that. Over priced and extremely poor Customer Service.

    So disorganized. Lack of communication about surgery date and dealing with primary care doctor. Makes you feel like cows being herded in and out. Long wait times.

    Useless for glaucoma. Money driven.One dr refused to admit I had glaucoma and another actually hurt me with the test for drainage angle. I'm surprised there are so many positive reviews.
