Just the worst office ever. They do a prescription exam when you come in for an eye issue. Was not needed, we have a Dr. for that. They get to upcharge you for that. Slimy! Then they do not offer any solution to your problem, $100 bucks wasted. They try to pass you off on another Dr. When you ask for a solution, they say you need to come back in a week later to "re-evaluate". Never again and we will tell everyone over every means possible about this.

I just want to make an appointment for my husband. They asked if he was vaccinated, or displaying any symptoms. I told them no. They said only he was allowed into the building for his appointment. The only way I could go in is if he medically needed me or if I was vaccinated. Thats horrible and Im pretty sure it goes ago the Governors order. Especially since the vaccinated are the ones spreading the virus and not the unvaccinated. Finding a new Dr.

I've never been to a place like this before and I really think that they shouldn't even exist. I was seen here by Dr Jeffrey S. Schwartz, I am using his full name because I do not want it to be any mistake as to who I am referring to. The more I think about it the more I dislike this place. I was seen today for my follow up after glaucoma laser surgery. First thing while I was waiting for Dr Schwartz to come in two techs stood in front of the room I was in talking loudly, soon after more of them came to gather in front of the room. All this time both doors to the room were wide opened. I'm pretty sure one of them was the manager over the department who I had spoke to on my first visit there about a tech by the name of Julian. When the doctor came in and finished his five minute exam I begin to talk about my dry eyes and he said and I quote "I Don't Care About Your Dry Eyes" I was stunned! I've never in all my years of nursing heard a doctor speak to any patient like he spoke to me. He told me to use the drops for dry eyes and I explained that they didn't help he said keep using the drops! And it wasn't so much as to what he said but how he said it!! Not once but twice he said he didn't care. When I went to have my second eye done the young lady that put the drops in didn't even know the correct way to apply eye drops. She told me to hold my head up and she just dropped the drops down. I told her to wait the drops were running down my face and she said "it went in" I held my eye opened myself after that. She couldn't have been a nurse but I don't know because her ID badge was turn so that I could not see her name or title. At this point I will be looking for another Ophthalmologist. I Don't Recommend This Place!! Beware!!!
